Job Description

1. Advise and support the Head of the Department to organize the implementation of human resource management:
- Building and perfecting the system of internal legal documents related to human resources, consolidating the entire organizational structure, planning human resource strategies for the whole Company based on the Company's development strategy orientation.
- Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to develop policies, regulations and processes related to human resources, remuneration, salary and bonus, etc.
- Planning and organizing the implementation of the company-wide personnel evaluation system
- Organize the development of salary policy, remuneration regimes, healthy working environment to motivate employees to work, promote internal resources, talents and long-term attachment to the Company.
2. Advising and supporting the Head of the Department to organize the implementation of office administration:
- Building and perfecting the system of internal legal documents related to office administration: administrative work, management and procurement, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, discipline labor, corporate culture, etc.
- Organize and manage the use of headquarters, offices, equipment, assets, tools, utensils, VPP, legal documents, Business registration, regulations and processes of the Company
- Organize the procurement of office equipment and assets of the Company
- Organize the implementation of internal and external affairs, reception, ceremony, logistics... Building and maintaining good relationships with partner units and authorities
- Preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and units to organize internal events
- Ensure security and order, healthy working environment, fire safety for people and equipment at the Company.
- Develop regulations and organize the implementation of communication work of the Company
- Care and care for the life of the Company's employees;
