1. System construction and administration - Process:
- Build a system of titles, staffing and job descriptions.
- Build organizational structure and departmental diagrams.
- Develop recruitment processes, labor rules, processes and regulations for Human Resources.
- Develop and implement human resource strategies consistent with the company's business strategy.
- Build, monitor and manage employee KPI evaluation system.
2. Human Resources Management
2.1. Recruitment
- Develop an annual recruitment strategy for the company.
- Follow up and report on the recruitment situation to the Board of Directors.
- Standardize the recruitment process: Attract and select personnel in a highly effective way.
- Build and develop recruitment brand.
2.2. Train
- Assess training needs to deploy and monitor training programs.
- Develop training programs and training costs, develop employee capacity and evaluate training effectiveness and then come up with appropriate training plans.
2.3. Remuneration policy
- Build a salary scale system and salary mechanism suitable to the Company's business conditions
- Survey and analyze the reasons why personnel quit their jobs to advise the General Director. Resolve issues related to labor relations and talent retention.
- Develop welfare regimes and policies for employees
- Update health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance, and union policies for employees
- Build a promotion and career path for each department.
2.4. Building and developing corporate culture.
2.5. Administration:
- Manage records, resumes, contracts... of employees throughout the Company.
- Manage and use office operating budget, per diem and other budgets.
- Manage the company's administrative documents.
