- Organize training and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development activities.
- Undertake integration training for new employees.
- Implement sales skills training programs, brand training courses directed by PP company at the unit.
- Develop a training and development plan based on the company's human resource plan and the training needs of each department.
- Other jobs:
• Support internal communication work. (Writing media articles, organizing events)
• Consulting, advising on adjusting old processes and building new ones.
• Make weekly/monthly reports. Business reports at the request of the department
