1. Job requirements

• Update daily arising data accurately and timely
• Respond to irregularities to superiors and relevant departments
• Sort documents, close files and organize them neatly
• Extract reports in a timely manner when needed
• Relevant planning coordination
• Coordinate, support colleagues and advise superiors within their ability

3. Skill requirements:

• Eager to learn
• Proficient in at least 15 work-related Excel functions
• Ability to make accurate accounts according to Accounting Principles
• Efficiently communicate
• Know how to share and collaborate with others.
• Average practical learning ability is good or higher

4. Other requirements:

• Working office hours from Monday to Saturday every week
• Negotiable salary + bonus based on ability
