- Sorting documents (invoices, input and output documents...)
- Update regularly, continuously and systematically and accurately economic transactions arising ON FAST ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
- Know how to calculate and make tax reports (CIT, PIT, VAT, Contractor Tax, Settlement, VAT refund.
- Ensure the preparation and submission of periodical reports to relevant authorities (taxes, banks, etc.) are accurate and timely.
- Manage accounts receivable, payable, Construction in progress and other accounts.
- Manage books in all areas of accounting: payroll, PIT, receipts, payables, TSCD....
- Organize periodic inventory and inventory of assets.
- Provide complete, timely and accurate accounting data and other information for data aggregation and management of the Company.
- Prepare financial reports and internal plan reports at the request of the Director.
- Coordinating with domestic and foreign partners.
- Directly work with relevant agencies (audit, state bank tax, etc.) on company/project issues.
- Actively update new documents related to professional work.
