General management of all activities related to the fields of finance and accounting, with the Company's production organization model and allocating work to the accounting department accordingly.
Prepare document and paper forms in accordance with legal regulations
Regularly organize inventory activities of assets and cash flows related to business activities or interests of the enterprise.
Reconcile debts from customers - suppliers - banks - state agencies
Calculate salaries for employees, pay salaries to employees
Control the process of preparing documents and books; asset inventory process; Payment process, Debt management process, Treasury management process, etc.
Prepare balance sheet; Investigate financial reports of the business, explain in detail the income and expenditure of the business
Create internal reports as required by the Board of Directors (financial reports, revenue, costs...)
Submit financial reports and transactions with banks, customers, and suppliers
Review documents and invoices to avoid being overlooked
Reconcile cash book and actual balance, conduct asset inventory, record debts and report to business owners
