- Daily receive all kinds of invoices, documents of export - import goods from the warehouse department, purchasing department and input data into the system software.
- Regularly remind relevant departments to transfer accounting vouchers on time.
- Responsible for checking the reasonableness and accuracy of export and import documents. Report to superiors if detecting errors in documents.
- Make accurate recordings and calculations of information including: expenses, income planning, VAT, debt....according to the restaurant's regulations.
- Store all kinds of invoices and documents in the right position, avoiding loss, damage, tearing, etc.
- Get quotes from suppliers of food, drinking water, raw materials, etc.
- Work with the chef and manager to calculate the cost and increase the cost of each dish in the restaurant.
- Regularly monitor the price fluctuations of both suppliers' goods compared to market prices.
- Periodically compare the prices of goods on the market with those of suppliers; notify the supplier to update the new price if there is a price difference.
- Daily review the quantity of exported goods compared to the prescribed inventory level.
- Periodically check the quantity of food, raw materials imported and exported on paper and compare with the actual quantity of goods in stock.
- On a monthly basis, coordinate with the Storekeeper, the Chef in inventorying the quantity of goods in stock in the warehouse, kitchen, bar, etc.
- Track the number of fixed assets, purchased by CCDC and entered into the software according to regulations.
- Track the increase - decrease in the number of assets, the restaurant's existing CCDC and update it into the software.
- Accounting for fixed asset depreciation, CCDC allocation, other related expenses and making related reports.
- Periodically at the end of the month/quarter to make import and export reports, food and raw materials inventory of the restaurant.
- Make a monthly report on the restaurant's business situation, the restaurant's use of invoices.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reports and submit them to tax authorities as prescribed
- Prepare financial statements at the end of the year.

- Daily check payment and arising accounting, summarize revenue and expenditure situation and report to superiors when required.
- Daily update information of accounting books, receivables and payables.
