Administration:
- Participate in drafting, improving and perfecting the company's system of processes/regulations/rules/guidelines
- Management of assets, facilities, tools and documents of the company
- Performing administrative tasks, drafting & archiving documents
- Posting, interviewing & recruiting for the position of recruitment specialist
Personnel:
- Managing HR department including: recruitment, training, C&B, logistics
- Manage records, contracts, develop policies and regimes for personnel, monitor and synthesize reports on personnel's activities
- Directly teach integration program and some related programs as assigned
- Summarize reward proposals from departments, implement periodic honors and rewards according to the process
- Timekeeping, salary calculation, performing operations related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax
