- In charge of recruitment of company personnel.
- In charge of receiving, training and integrating new employees. Maintain and manage personnel records.
- In charge of summarizing timekeeping, monitoring the permission of officials and employees. Calculation of arising bonuses and salary and bonus regimes on holidays and Tet.
- Receive official documents and papers from individuals, agencies and organizations sent to the company and transfer them to competent authorities for settlement. Organize and store all relevant official documents, papers, contracts and documents.
- Drafting and editing Contracts and assigned documents.
- Monitor and make a list of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and implement related regimes for employees according to the State's regulations and the company's regulations.
- Prepare scheduled meetings when required.
- Periodic and ad hoc reports when required.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of Department.
