Job description
- Monitor and time attendance of employees who go to work on a daily basis
- Drafting administrative documents such as Notices, Rules, Regulations... of the company
- Monitor the increase/decrease, close the book, sick leave, maternity and social insurance, propose monthly payment of social insurance to the social insurance agency.
- Be proactive in handling (receiving, answering, transferring) phones, letters, faxes.
- Manage and seal documents of departments in the company.
- Track and manage assets, office tools and equipment, call for repair when arising.
- Photocopy of documents as required. Transfer documents and documents to relevant departments.
Job requirements
- Possessing an intermediate or higher degree in the field of office administration, archiving, secretarial work.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical work - Proficient in Word, Excel.
- At least 6 months of experience in administrative, secretarial, and receptionist positions.
