  • Work at the company's front desk.
  • Answering phones and doing clerical work, reception, preparing tea and welcoming guests to contact for business.
  • Update costs incurred in the office such as electricity, courier charges, other office costs... to ensure statistics and tracking.
  • Plan to purchase stationery and office supplies on a monthly basis, update and send a complete report on the number of purchased and allocated offices per month.
  • Track the schedule of each dispatched package, make a tracking list and statistics on cases of goods being late compared to the commitment.
  • Check the shipping charges incurred monthly.
  • Collect, check vouchers, classify vouchers and account for arising economic transactions under the assigned accounting practice.

  • Provide accounting documents and data under their respective duties to relevant departments.
