Job details
- Monitor, check cameras, monitor, crowd, remind to report work at construction sites every 30 minutes - 1 hour/time and report at the end of the working day.
- Recruit workers for projects.
- Make probationary contracts and labor contracts for workers.
- Daily attendance and timekeeping.
-Calculate social insurance and monthly salary for workers.
- Monitor daily import and export of goods.
- Inventory of drugs, goods, supplies, and company assets on a monthly basis.
- Find and purchase materials as required.
- Monitor payables and receivables, and make payment plans.
- Monitor fund revenues and expenditures and report daily and monthly.
- Issue invoices, prepare receipts and payments.
- Store, classify, arrange and close documents by month, complete.
- Grasp the situation of workers at construction sites to handle urgently if any situation occurs.
- Summary and detailed reports as requested by superiors.
- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
- At the end of the day, report work to the group.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Female: Age from 22 – 35
– Graduated from college/university majoring in Accounting
– Experience from 01 year or more.
– Have skills to quickly process documents.
- Proficiency in office computer.
– Able to withstand high pressure and have a sense of responsibility at work.
