Coordinate with the sales team and make sales plans so that Forwarding, Logistic companies and drivers use COCOTRUCK Ecosystem
Conduct market research
Maintain relationships with potential customers
Attend B2B meetings with Forwarding and Logistics companies. Provide interpretation (if necessary) to the Sales Director
Prepare quotes and provide customer care services with Forwarding and Logistics companies
Consulting, customer care and troubleshooting (if any) for current business partners
Perform other tasks as requested by direct manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or related majors
At least 02 - 03 years of experience in the field of sales on the B2B Logistics/Transportation platform
Have knowledge of business and operations of Forwarding/Logistics companies
English skills: Proficient in professional work
Good at communication, have relationships in the logistics industry
Ability to multi-task, positive attitude
Other
Working hours: 05 days/week (Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 17:00).
