Job duties
- Manage recruitment software: Create JD, update recruitment news, update CV, setup interview on software...
- Receive recruitment plans from TBP, departments and deploy recruitment activities: post news, discuss with UV, schedule interview, set up schedule and notify UV....
- Participate in UV interview, policy agreement, salary deal with UV
- Report recruitment results to TBP, propose or advise more effective recruitment plans/programs
- Welcoming UV to receive jobs, training integration for candidates
- Performing other administrative tasks such as: introducing new UV, managing human resources (end of probationary period, contract renewal, resignation…)
- Manage company page, post job vacancies, weekly internal communication articles (at least 1 post/week)
- Support the team with administrative tasks, events when they arise (birthday, happy hour, festival, quarterly teambuilding ...)

- Ability to evaluate candidates · suitable for the vacancy
- Ability to search and build an effective candidate information network
- Basic administrative skills
