Directly support customers in business activities. Responsible for drafting, editing and managing administrative documents related to business such as making offers, quotations, coupons... • Regularly monitoring and updating promotions and incentives for customers to promptly notify customers.
Regularly call for care, inquire about the business situation of customers, offer products for sale. Offer new products, offer products to old customers.
Collect and resolve customer feedback on order related issues. In case the feedback is beyond the scope of resolution, it should be submitted to a higher management level for timely handling.
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales to sales manager/BOD.
Some other tasks assigned by superiors.
