Team coordination and management: Manage the Financial Services team, including related specialists and staff, ensuring effective coordination among members.

Mission: Install policy mechanisms, operate financial services uniformly, ensure safety of loan activities for the entire system.. Develop and propose a list of stocks for margin trading. Consulting and proposing appropriate loan policy mechanisms for each period

Process management: Coordinate and manage financial services operations processes, including requirements gathering, understanding, construction, deployment and development

Quality assurance: Properly perform the function of providing financial support services to customers on an approved basis and ensure compliance with legal regulations, risk management and financial safety for the Company. Ensuring the quality of financial services meets the highest standards and is consistent with the needs of customers and the company.

Inter-departmental coordination: Coordinate with the IT department and the Development and Development Department to develop software to manage transaction loan activities safely and in accordance with the law.

Reporting: Periodically report on the progress and performance of the Financial Services team to block managers and the board of directors, and propose improvement measures when necessary.
