- Advise the Board of Directors on the Company's organizational structure, recruitment training, salary and bonus plans, and reward and welfare benefits for employees.
- Consulting, proposing, building/deploying evaluation systems to ensure good performance of management functions, effective evaluation of human resources and creation of a professional/effective working environment.
- Orient and improve the management and control system of administrative documents: Rules, Regulations, Forms... to ensure systematicity and standards.
- Advise the Board of Directors in developing salary and bonus regulations and measures to encourage employees to work.
- Supervise the implementation of rules and discipline. Conduct disciplinary action according to regulations.
- Responsible for organizing and implementing procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees.
- Participate in evaluating employee performance and make related suggestions;
- Participate in evaluating departments within the Company regarding compliance with internal rules and regulations on human resource management
