Prepare legal documents, acceptance documents, project and work settlement payment documents (according to the nature of each contract).
Monitor/control the progress, manage the contracts of the project;
Volumetric dissection, synthesis of materials;
Review payment volume for teams and subcontractors;
Monitoring the contract to deploy the payment and settlement documents to ensure progress;
Monitor project progress and control the volume of equipment and materials, manage labor contracts and other construction contracts;
Perform other professional tasks as directed by the General Director or the person in charge of management.
Working time: from monday to saturday
