- Responsible for issues related to the System's Academics
- Develop programs and textbooks for the system
- Build appropriate roadmaps for students' levels
- Closely monitor students' learning process and suggest or decide on support if necessary to help students learn better;
- Manage teachers while working at the center to ensure they comply with the established teaching and student care procedures; Evaluate teachers' teaching hours periodically and make appropriate decisions (replacement, dismissal, additional training...);
- Work related to training staff management: guiding and creating conditions for new employees to integrate; Plan to train former employees in higher positions to create future human resources; Internally evaluate and make appropriate recommendations (promotion, dismissal, salary increase, training to become higher level personnel...);
- Tasks related to Curriculum management: Closely follow teaching progress and note inadequacies (if any) when implementing the program to make the most appropriate assessments and adjustments;
- Create relationships with English Departments or Universities and Colleges to create a source of future recruitment;
- Resolve other arising situations that staff cannot handle (complaints, questions from parents, students...);
- Other tasks assigned directly by superiors.
Candidate requirements
- Age from 31 years or older
- At least 3 years of academic experience
- International English certificate
- International English teaching certificate (an advantage)
- Good persuasion, communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership capacity, ability to work independently and work well in groups.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of education.
- Proficient in using office computer software.
Right
- Salary upto $1600/month (negotiated based on ability), annual salary increase. 2-month probationary period, 90% or more of official salary;
