Job description
* Planning, implementing and developing real estate development strategies according to the company's requirements for each week, month, and year
* Consulting and guiding customers to view projects, carry out transaction procedures, negotiate, sign contracts, collect and report on the real estate market situation.
* Develop and execute business plans, propose solutions to maintain and promote business activities to achieve revenue and cost targets.
* Manage and direct the work of each employee in the sales department. Assign tasks, supervise and assist sales staff, train and guide employees.
*Responsible for reporting business activities and performance to the Board of Directors.
* Propose and implement plans to complete the given sales.
Job requirements
*Male 28 years or older (good looking)
* 1 year or more experience in a similar position.
*Preferably with experience in the real estate market
* Understanding the Real Estate market, competitors. Marketing and sales planning
* Good management and sales skills.
*Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
*Skills to work independently, to organize scientific work and to work well in a team.
* Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, problem solving skills.
