* JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Directly carry out the search, appraisal, maintenance and development of individual customer relationships.
• Search and develop agents to sell retail banking products and services.
• Implement assigned business targets for individual customers including: Credit, Capital mobilization, Insurance products, Account services, E-banking,... and other cross-selling targets. .
• Develop, propose and provide package solutions to serve the needs of banking and financial services of Individual Customers.
• Perform other tasks requested by direct management within the scope of assigned competence.
Working at branches/transaction offices of PG Bank in: Hanoi (Ha Dong, Tu Liem, Lai Xa, My Dinh)

* REQUEST:
• College graduate or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance/Banking is preferred
• Understanding banking activities and consumer culture of Vietnamese people.
• Experience in financial consulting/customer relations at credit institutions is preferred;
• Ability to manage and organize scientific work.
• Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
