- Responsible for collecting information, providing and processing information and data for direct Manager.
- Organize and maintain data management system.
- Prepare reports and statistical charts on business performance.
- Support other departments in using data to make strategic decisions.
- Control data quality and resolve problems if any.
- Support other tasks of the Human Resources department.
