▪ In charge of the entire accounting and tax department at the Company;
▪ Based on the direction of Revenue for the whole year from the management, making a forecast of Revenue – Tax expense for the whole year;
▪ Check the accuracy and completeness of the documents attached to the purchase and sale invoices;
▪ Complete tax records and documents;
▪ Based on actual financial regulations at the Company, develop appropriate financial regulations and optimize tax costs;
▪ Issue financial invoices; Monthly, quarterly and annual tax declaration;
▪ Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for tax finalization and at the request of the Board of Directors;
▪ Completing accounting books according to tax regulations, printing and storing documents;
▪ Working with tax authorities when required;
▪ Participating in tax finalization, explaining accounting data;
▪ Regularly update tax laws, advise the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors of the company to optimize tax costs.
