1. Job Description:
- Carry out professional activities related to the work of the Member Management Division under the supervision of the Head of the Department.
- Participating in the development of the Membership Regulations, processes related to the activities of the Member Management Division and submitting to the General Director for approval and promulgation.
- Coordinate with Member Management and Supervision Department to inspect the facilities, Headquarters, Branches, Representative Offices of Members.
- Coordinating with the Center for Scientific Research in organizing training, training and certification programs for members' personnel.
- Notify, update and guide all MXV's Procedures, Regulations and Regulations for Members.
- Receive member's recommendations and submit them to competent authorities for settlement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Operations.
2. Requirements:
- University degree in Economics, Finance or other related majors.
- Good coordination and teamwork; Handle well and harmoniously in the relationship between colleagues, customers and associates inside and outside the Company.
- Effective management and organizational skills in a work-pressured environment. Report the status of work performance to the direct management level in accordance with the Company's regulations.
- Communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in using office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to be creative at work.
