- Sign the daily import, export and inventory documents proposed by the storekeeper
- Handling and controlling daily import and export documents of warehouses: fertilizers, pesticides, trays of safes, packaging materials.
- Reconcile debt with suppliers every 15 days or once a month depending on the supplier
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Submit payment proposal to suppliers when due to the head of accounting department.
- Calculate, depreciate fixed assets, calculate depreciation of fixed assets
- Monthly inventory of fixed assets
- Induction and recruitment of employees.
