- Approach local authorities and deploy high-quality rice material areas.

- Sign a contract to link production and consumption with Farmers/Cooperatives.

- Place orders for agricultural supplies.

- Organize seminars and technical support for Farmers/Cooperatives.

- Combine with other departments to deploy farming operations, field visits, harvesting, and delivery.

- Caring for, maintaining, developing and connecting relationships with farmers and cooperatives.

- Expand growing areas according to the Company's development orientation.

- Frequently go on business trips to provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta.

- Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
