Job description

Perform the management and collection of unsecured small business loans of customers with overdue debts at VPBank according to each assigned business unit in the area, in order to ensure that the assigned debt collection targets are met and keep delinquent debt to a minimum:

Get a list of customers who are overdue for payment less than 90 days
Directly contact and go to business establishments, customers' homes or any necessary locations to serve debt collection
Offer a plan/solution to convince the customer to pay the debt or in case the customer does not cooperate
Timely report debt collection issues (customers, business lines, fraud or violations of bank staff...) and bad debt trends
Coordinate with other members of the unit to ensure the good completion of debt collection
Work directly with relevant authorities (at the direction of line management) in cases where coordination is required to investigate fraud
Comply with VPBank's debt collection policies and procedures and regulations
Send daily work completion reports to the Head of Department in the area in charge. Perform duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Job requirements

Graduating from high school or higher, knowledge of civil law is preferred;
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the same field at Banks, AMCs, Financial Institutions, Debt Collection Companies, ...; Candidates with no experience will be trained in skills and professional skills during the working process;
