JOB DUTIES
Manage and operate the Sales Department to achieve sales and profit goals of the assigned Department.
- Manage advertising programs to bring customers to the Agent's sales team.
- Manage inventory to balance compliance with factory regulations and customer delivery expectations, minimizing inventory costs.
- Meet standards of customer satisfaction after sales and achieve Dealership goals.
- Personnel management in the Department.
- Report related work to the Company's Board of Directors.
- Have a sense of organization, comply with regulations, and set an example for employees.
- Manage all activities of the Sales Department.
- Analyze competitors and market situation to develop business strategies for selling new and used cars and the Company's marketing strategy.
- Develop sales targets, sales reward and punishment policies, rewards and punishments based on customer satisfaction index and Agency standards to motivate employees to exceed set targets.
- Responsible for achieved sales.
- Proactively effectively implement promotional and sales promotion programs of Hyundai Vietnam and the Company.
- Supervise the Sales Department's business including: Revenue, Expenses and financial investments to ensure profitable business.
- Maintain effective weekly and monthly meetings to capture employee feedback and accurately evaluate Sales Department activities.
- Have experience and capacity to deploy sales systems from regional to regional levels, have good relationships with many reputable customers to support management and sales departments.
- Organize and implement the policies issued by the Company's Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement effective advertising and sales programs to increase showroom traffic.
- Recommend to the Board of Directors a new vehicle inventory plan by color, vehicle model, and equipment, based on analysis of market and customer diversity.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting Department to review and forecast factors and control costs.
