- Responsible to the Board of Directors for the activities of the Marketing Department
- Manage and administer general operations of the Marketing Department
- Assign work, control, urge, remind, and evaluate the performance of employees within the scope of management
- Guide and train employees within the scope of management on expertise, skills, working methods, and work handling skills
- Ensure that the work of the Marketing Department is carried out according to the correct process, meeting the requirements of the functions and tasks of the Department
- Develop working procedures and regulations of the Department
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
