Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
  • Monitor and arrange offices and meeting rooms to always be neat and clean.
  • Manage and monitor stationery, machinery, equipment and company supplies, conduct purchases, repairs... when the company needs it.
  • Manage, store, arrange, and draft notices, regulations, and decisions
  • Manage, check, store, and arrange documents and incoming/outgoing dispatches;
  • Plan and organize parties and events for the Company when there is a plan from the Board of Directors
  • Carry out personnel recruitment, post news, screen, and schedule interviews.
  • Monitor probation results and prepare tasks for new employees
  • Drafting economic contracts, sales, construction, etc. of the company
  • Manage, arrange and store economic contracts
  • Other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Female, good health;
  • Graduated with majors in Economics, Accounting, Engineering.....
  • Have more than 1 year of experience in a similar position (admin, accounting, office administration)
  • Proficient in professional and office computer software;
  • Have good planning and management skills and can withstand high work pressure;
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
