- Timekeeping management, monthly salary calculation
- Human resource management: create and monitor contracts, train new employees.
- C&B tasks
- Recruitment: workers and office and production positions
Note:
- Report directly to the Japanese Manager in charge of the back office and Deputy General Manager (Vietnamese)
- Human resources department has 1 staff and 1 HRM
- Work with related departments: Accounting, production, purchasing...
■Requirements
Gender:Femail
Age:28 ~ 35 years old
Education level: College or University
Language: Japanese N2
No. of experienced year: 2+ years experience in HR Manager role
Key experience:
Must
・Japanese N2, good communication because will make reports and discuss work with Japanese bosses
・Have HR Manager experience at a Japanese manufacturing company (small scale can also be considered)
・Experience in applying for work permits, working with state agencies, and welfare policies
・Fine knowledge of Vietnam's labor laws
・Living in Binh Duong and being able to work independently

■Working time
Mon-Fri:Mon - Saturday:Mon - Saturday:7:30 - 16:30 (closed 02 Saturdays/month)
■Shuttle bus: NO
