Main responsibility: Responsible for providing card products over the phone to ensure completion of assigned business targets.
Detail:
Selling card products to customers by phone to ensure completion of assigned business targets;
Take care of existing customers, resolve questions, increase cross-selling, and sell additional retail products;
Coordinate with Field sales to monitor loans after disbursement, manage and monitor debt reminders and debt collection from customers to ensure safe and sustainable credit growth;
Build, maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers through customer care activities;
Participate in sales and service meetings (SSM), training programs to improve productivity, sales effectiveness and enhance personal capacity;
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
