JOB DETAILS:
- Carry out recruitment work according to Management's plan.
- Conduct searches and propose effective recruitment channels to recruit quality specialists.
- Screen applications, contact candidates, arrange interview schedules and directly participate in interviews.
- Notify interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates.
- Support other administrative tasks when required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from College/University or higher with a major in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law or related fields.
- Have 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Mass recruitment is preferred.
- Proficiency in office computer.
- Agile and proactive in work.
- Honest, enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility
