JOB DESCRIPTION PERSONAL PERSONAL MANAGEMENT OF mortgage debt
Urging debtors, working with debtors and related people
Review and complete the legal documents of the debt
Verify information related to debtors and collateral
Develop a debt settlement plan
Disposal of collateral before collateral is managed
Request for voluntary handover of collateral
Notice of seizure and completion of property handling procedures
Seize if the owner of the property does not voluntarily hand it over
Disposal of collateral after the collateral is managed
Valuation of properties, find customers to buy properties
Select an auction organization, conduct auction
Debt settlement according to the legal process
Initiate lawsuits and proceedings in court
Execution of judgments by court decision/judgment
Report progress and work results to direct manager
Perform other tasks (as suggested or assigned by direct manager) to achieve work output
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Male, over 25 years old preferred
Graduated from college or higher, majoring in law, finance and banking, security, police
Experience in debt settlement is an advantage
