What will you do:- Process the contract and finance payment via email or phone with partners and finance team.
- Develop monthly sales reports, check data accuracy in billings and invoices, confirm the data for internal operation.
- Contact clients and partners to obtain missing information, answer queries and resolve any report deviations
- Assist activities to develop and improve relationships with clients and partners
- Maintain and update related documentation systems
Qualifications:- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
