- Encourage/evaluate employees to comply with the company's rules and regulations
- Carry out procedures for welcoming new employees/handling departing employees - Support recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes...)
- Carry out internal communication work
- Other tasks as requested by direct manager/BOD
