- Implement the recruitment according to the agreed plan each month and when it arises.
- Search and propose effective recruitment channels
- Screening resumes, contacting candidates, arranging interview schedules and directly participating in interviews
- Announce interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates
- Develop and improve the salary and bonus, policies, and treatment regimes for employees in the enterprise
- Knowledge of legal regulations on labor, social insurance and tax
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop employees in the HR department
