- Receiving phone calls, faxes to departments; scientific record keeping.
- Delivery of official documents and letters to departments and outside.
- Support logistics for company events such as conferences, seminars, training meetings,...
- Allocate stationery according to plan, report on stationery situation and purchase plan based on actual use needs Control all kinds of administrative expenses of the Company
- Make payment procedures for monthly administrative expenses.
- Perform other tasks requested by the Board of Directors or Direct Managers
