- Receive and process order/project information from the sales department or from customers,
- Contact the company's partner (manufacturer, mainly from abroad) to get a quote,
- Check the accuracy of quotation (in terms of specifications and commercial terms) from partners before making quotation according to the company's sample form and sending it to the sales department,
- Negotiate, negotiate on prices and terms with partners (if necessary)
- Update changes (technically, commercially) with partners during order/project execution,
- Meeting and exchanging with partners (when needed),
- Other jobs in line with professional ability.
