Job description:
- Carrying out recruitment work: budgeting, selecting/analyzing effective and appropriate recruitment sources.
- Perform screening, contact and schedule interviews, and participate in interviews with candidates.
- Synthesize and evaluate recruitment work: recruitment costs, recruitment channel efficiency, candidate quality.
- Carry out integration work for new employees: prepare working equipment, implement the integration process.
- Carry out legal documents: procedures for registration, conversion, and re-registration of business licenses. Manage the Company's legal documents.
- Carry out labor reports, tax reports... according to regulations for agencies and departments. - Resolve policies: salary, bonus, social insurance, personal income tax.
- Participate in building and proposing salary-bonus-KPI policies, processes, regulations... - Building corporate culture: participating in organizing exchange activities, team building, and events of the company. Company.
