- Compose and store outgoing and incoming dispatches in a scientific and convenient way when looking up.
- Receive, classify incoming dispatches and transfer to relevant departments, right people - right jobs.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of stationery (VPP) for departments according to norms or as proposed.
- Manage the ordering and distribution of uniforms for employees, including uniforms of doctors, nurses, assistants, technicians, receptionists, security guards. Ensure correct usage.
- Management of administrative expenses: Electricity, domestic water, drinking water, express delivery, internet, telephone, domestic garbage, medical cooperation, hazardous waste.... Make chart to monitor and explain for Head of Human Resources Administration Department, the reason for the unusual increase.
- Responsible for training, supervising hygiene, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in the field of operation.
- Coordinate and remind the Technical Security Department to periodically inspect the fire prevention and fighting work.
- Coordinate with Accounting Department to inventory and declare assets and equipment when required.
