• Receiving, circulating and processing letters, official dispatches and parcels;
• Monitor and use statistics, order stationery and necessary necessities.
• Monitor and manage the list of equipment, tools and assets of the Company
• Work with suppliers on issues: costs, payments, documents, ..
• Print, scan, photocopy documents.
• Manage and coordinate meeting rooms.
• Signing, transferring documents, records, vouchers,…. of divisions/departments in the Company in accordance with the issued procedures.
• Prepare logistics for meetings and events.
