Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Reception work
- Welcoming & guiding customers/partners when coming to work and working/meeting at the company;
- Receive & handle phone calls, mails, faxes;
- Managing the schedule of meetings, working and work of the Board of Directors;
- Arrange & schedule the use of meeting rooms;
* Administrative work
- Control and draft documents related to administrative work;
- Manage the process of signing and circulating documents/documents to submit to the Board of Directors for approval;
- Book air tickets for managers and employees on business trips;
- Management of official vehicles;
- Manage meeting room schedule;
- Manage procurement activities for the office (except for IT equipment);
- Managing distribution of company uniforms;
- Management of seals and introduction papers;
- Management of housekeeping and driver department, gas payment, maintenance and repair of company cars;
- Management of landscape, trees, decoration, cleaning of office environment, ensuring always clean, cool...;
- Monitor office lease contracts, electricity and water costs, utilities, coordinate with the building management board;
- Coordinate with the Executive Board of Trade Union to organize events for employees throughout the company;
- Control expenses of administrative department according to approved budget.
