Direct manager Head of duties
I. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in building and updating the job description system of each position in the Company, and at the same time recruiting and accepting new employees.
- Calculating wages, bonuses, insurance regimes for employees in the company
- Manage and process data on the training system and the company's employee management system
- Performing labor supervision and internal labor relations management
- Implement procedures related to policies and regimes for employees such as social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Performing operations with social insurance and health insurance
Other:
- Perform other tasks of the Company as directed by the Board of Directors.
3. Report:
- Make work reports for direct management superiors: Daily report (by phone, email, zalo...) and monthly report in writing on the 2nd of the following month.
II. WORK RESULT TO ACHIEVE
- Complete 100% of assigned tasks.
- Developing the company in accordance with the orientation of the members' council.
