Job Description

1. Timekeeping for salary calculation and bonus

2. Recruitment
2.1 Statistics of additional employees from departments
2.2 Drafting recruitment content, posting jobs, in case of needing fees (submit to boss for approval).
2.3 Setting up the recruitment process
3. Making a social insurance regime
3.1 Increase social insurance for newcomers
3.2 Reduced social insurance for people who take leave or maternity leave and those who do not work enough hours as prescribed by the State
3.3 Making sick leave, maternity leave, occupational accidents, convalescence .... (If any)
4. Labor report to state agencies
