- On duty at the building reception: providing information support to guests, receiving information and processing requests from customers.
- Check and monitor services: Office cleaning, security team...
- Monitor the operation of the parking garage to ensure it is properly arranged.
- Register and compile statistics on the number of registered cars, motorbikes, and magnetic cards of all types at the project,
- Monitor tenant and service provider contracts.
- Pay administrative and technical costs according to company procedures.
- Issuing payment requests to customers for periodic building fees according to regulations (office rental fees, parking fees, service fees, electricity usage fees...).
- Report costs and supplies monthly.
- Arrange, store and preserve records neatly and systematically.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager
