- Responsible for administrative work, customer care of the building;
- Responsible for the collection and payment of the building's funds;
- Receive and deal with customer complaints;
- Monitoring timekeeping, inventory management of common assets of the Building Management Board;
- Set up and manage monthly and quarterly operating expenses.
- Build a good relationship with organizations and individuals, local authorities, management board for effective work
- Supervising the building technical department to carry out the maintenance of the building
- Coordinate related departments: Engineering, security, housekeeping to operate as well as ensure service as well as handle incidents and complaints in the building.
- Ensure that the tenants comply with the regulations on management and use of the building. Respond to tenant requests in a timely manner. Support and urge customers to pay
- Develop and update regulatory processes on building operation and use, new regulations on real estate and real estate management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Building Management Board.
