Receive/deliver incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
Operate the phone switchboard, receive and transfer incoming calls from outside to the staff contacted
Ordering, distributing and storing: stationery, uniforms, tools...
Manage and use assets, equipment, machinery, and assigned documents efficiently and economically.
Make monthly payment of office expenses: electricity, internet, phone, parking......
Other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Graduated from University/College
1 year experience in similar position
Proficient in using office software: Word/Excel
Know how to organize, plan and complete assigned tasks.
Good communication, teamwork.
Careful, honest and able to work under high pressure.
Has a sense of responsibility, teamwork and can work independently.
