- Management of the Building lobby area (Reception Hall), reception area, meeting room area.
- Warmly welcome guests and ask guests to contact the business. Lead guests to the waiting room, offer water. Contact the Department to inform that there is a visitor who needs to meet.
- Listen and receive phone calls to the Company, transfer calls to the number of the receiving Department or record information when necessary.
- Prepare logistics for internal meetings in the company.
- Arrange seats to be neatly decorated, neat and clean in the lobby area of the Building.
- Receive official letters, letters from outside sent to the Company, classify and deliver to the recipient's hand with the signature of the recipient in the dispatch book.
- The focal point to send official documents, papers and documents out.
- Store all decisions, dispatches, notices and documents.
- Print, copy, scan documents when necessary.
- Manage the logistics of distributing Stationery, drinking water, ordering flowers....
- Submission of documents for leaders.
- Support some other HR tasks.
- Perform other tasks as directed.
