Job Description

1. Mission:

. Is the link between customers and departments

. Welcoming guests at the office and answering questions when arriving at the company.

. Receive incoming letters and documents and forward them to departments.

. Take calls from outside and liaise with departments or answer questions

. Manage the arrangement of furniture in the lobby, ensuring supplies are neatly stacked waiting to be transferred to the ship.

. Make payment requests.

. Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

2. Requirements:

. Proficient in using office applications

. Good administrative skills, professional attitude

. Agile, professional, good communication skills

. Graduating from college or higher

. Good English communication is an advantage

3. Benefits:

. Gross salary 11 - 13M/month (85% probation) - Say no to overtime
